Syaridi said that the Changes to the Langsa APBK for the 2024 fiscal year can generally be explained as follows. First, Langsa City’s income after the changes is planned at IDR 927,385,043,512, increasing by IDR 20,350,023,591, against the previously set target of IDR 907,035,019,921.

Second, Langsa City’s spending increased by Rp955,138,363,074.36, an increase of Rp33,501,484,911.36, compared to previously set spending.

Third, Langsa City’s net financing of Rp27,753,319,562.36, increased by Rp13,151,461,320.36 compared to the previously set target of Rp14,601,858,242.

“Based on the explanation above, the Langsa P-APBK for the 2024 Fiscal Year is a balanced budget,” he said.

By understanding the current financial condition of the Langsa City Government, there may be many activities in regional apparatuses that are not accommodated in the changes, this is due to limited financial capacity.

The Change in the Langsa City Revenue and Expenditure Budget (P-APBK) for the 2024 fiscal year is the maximum effort that we can do, based on the applicable budget principles and norms where spending must follow income.

Therefore, we hope that we can understand that the allocation and use of this revised budget is to finance activities that are a joint commitment in order to realize the needs that are the priorities of the Langsa City Government.

“Once again, I express my highest appreciation and gratitude to the members of the Langsa DPRK who have participated in making this noble task a success, so that the P-APBK Langsa for the 2024 fiscal year can be completed and can provide the greatest benefits for regional progress,” concluded Syaridin.
